Then is a set of daily games. It's built to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies.
Saved in your browser
Your progress, scores, archive and Endless and Unlimited bests are saved in your own browser's local storage, so they're there next time you visit. They never leave your device. Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
Visit statistics
To learn which games people enjoy, the site records anonymous usage: when it's opened (and whether on a phone or a computer, and which site linked here), which games are started and finished, roughly how long is spent in each, and which buttons are pressed. These are stored with the same random ID as the world ranking. There are no cookies, and no name, email or IP address is kept. If your browser is set to "Do Not Track", nothing is recorded.
World ranking
When you finish a daily game, your score for that day is sent to our server with a random ID your browser made up, so we can tell you how you did compared with other players ("Better than 62% of players"). No name, email or IP address is stored with it, and the ID can't be linked to you. Clearing your browser's site data gives you a new ID.
Fonts
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to download them.
